What is AlienFinance?
Alienware are committed to offering the very best products money can buy with the most convenient ways of paying for your goods. AlienFinance is a convenient way of purchasing your goods with a minimum outlay and spreading the cost over a period of time that is convenient to you. Currently Alienware offers 3 finance plans; Buy Now Pay in 9 Months, Classic Credit 36 and Classic Credit 48.
Who is eligible?
In order to apply for AlienFinance, you must be aged between 18 and 75 and satisfy one or more of the following criterion:
- Work at least 16 hours a week
- Self employed or retired over 50 years of age
- In receipt of an invalidity or disability allowance
- Have been a UK resident for 3 years or more
- Be able to make repayments by direct debit
- Homemakers are not excluded and can apply under their own names but we will require their spouse’s employment details
How much must I spend to avail of AlienFinance?
AlienFinance is available for any Alienware purchase exceeding £350.
If you choose our ‘Buy Now Pay Later' option the finance agreement is subject to a £29.00 Service Fee which will only be charged upon receipt of your signed credit agreement. This fee will not be charged if your credit application is unsuccessful.
What is the maximum amount I can spend to avail of AlienFinance?
AlienFinance is available for any Alienware purchase below £25,000.
How can I apply?
Applying for AlienFinance couldn't be easier or more convenient. After you have selected your purchases and added them to your Shopping Cart proceed to the Checkout and select AlienFinance as your payment method. You will then be required to select a finance plan to suit you. Once selected, all that is required is to fill out a simple on-line application form and we will do the rest.
When will I know if my application for AlienFinance has been approved ?
Applications for AlienFinance can be made any day and at any time. In the majority of cases, you will be provided with a decision from V12Finance.com within a matter of minutes. However, should you decide to apply outside V12Finance.com’s operational hours of 9am to 9pm you will be provided with a response the next working day.
Once my application has been approved, what happens next?
Three things:
1.
You will be redirected to the Alienware website where you will receive your Alienware Order Number.
2. Within minutes of your application
being approved, you'll be sent
via email, a link to your credit
agreement, which can be easily downloaded. Alternatively,
you can request for a print out, hard copy of
your agreement to be posted to you. Once downloaded/received,
you'll need to read the agreement
carefully, then sign and return it to V12Finance.com.
3. Please note that you will also be required to pay a 5% deposit after you have been approved for AlienFinance. The V12Finance finance agreement is subject to a £29.00 Service Fee, if you choose the Buy Now Pay Later option which will be charged upon receipt of your signed credit agreement. This fee will not be charged if your credit application is unsuccessful.
4. When Alienware receives notification from V12finance.com that they have received your completed agreement your order will then be processed. Please note that the Estimated Shipping Date quoted on the configurator may not be accurate for Finance customers owing to the delay in receiving and processing your agreement.
Can I re-apply for AlienFinance if my application is not successful?
Yes. Alienware acknowledge
that your circumstances change
and just because a previous application has been
turned down, it does not mean that you will be
automatically turned down in future requests.
However, please note that multiple ‘Declined’ applications
may affect your credit score.
Can I cancel my AlienFinance application?
Yes. Customers can cancel their AlienFinance application after approval from V12Finance.com by contacting Alienware by email: customer_support@alienware.co.uk or call: 0800-279 9751.
What form of ID do I need to provide when applying for AlienFinance?
During the application process V12Finance.com require you to provide a credit/debit card number as a form of ID to guard against fraud.
